Yes. All sessions are strictly confidential in accordance with the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec (OPQ) Code of Ethics and Québec's privacy legislation. Your information is never shared without your written consent, except where legally required.
Absolutely. All our therapists are bilingual — we offer services in both English and French. You may choose the language you're most comfortable with for your sessions.
Individual therapy sessions are $195 per 50-minute session. Couples sessions are $220 per 75 minutes. Most extended health insurance plans and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) cover licensed psychologist services. We also offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots.
Private psychology services are not covered by RAMQ (Régie de l'assurance maladie du Québec). However, most workplace benefit plans, EAPs, and the CNESST may provide full or partial coverage. We can help verify your coverage.
Therapy is a deeply personal journey. Some clients feel improvement after 6–8 sessions; others benefit from longer-term support. We focus on sustainable, meaningful progress at your pace.
Your first session is an intake assessment. We'll discuss your history, current concerns, and goals in a relaxed, conversational setting. You set the pace — we're here to listen and understand.
